Green Letters Campaign
Have the entire family join in on commemorating January 29th this year by having your family contribute to our Green Letters Mural.
- Step 1: Get a sheet of green paper
- Step 2: On the green paper, write a letter or create a drawing/painting/collage to remember January 29th and/or a picture of a future without Islamophobia and hate in Canada. Download a green card here, for your children to create their virtual or hand drawn illustrations.
- Step 3: Take a photo of your drawing and post it on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #greensquarecampaign OR send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For more on how to have the entire family involved in commemorating the National Day of Remembrance of the Quebec Mosque Attack and Action Against Islamophobia this year, check out our Education resources www.nccm.ca/gsc-educators.
Where hate came to destroy our faith, let’s build a fortress of hope and love.
